Hi! I’m Vivian, a junior in Information Science with a focus on HCI/UX and Data Analytic/Data Science with a minor in Architectural Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Originally from Seattle, Washington, I’ve always been passionate about the technical side of design. My journey began in high school, where a summer program blending virtual reality and architecture sparked my interest in design. This led me to initially study architecture at UIUC, where I gained experience in 3D design and rendering and building design. However, I discovered my true passion in the technical aspects of design, which led me to switch to Information Science, focusing on UX and HCI.

With my unique blend of skills in both architecture and information science, I approach design with a keen eye for detail, empathy, strong communication, and the ability to adapt solutions to user needs. I’m excited to continue learning and growing through both academic and professional experiences.
